Common questions about our licensing terms
What file formats do you provide?
All models are provided as STL files, which are compatible with all popular slicers like Cura, PrusaSlicer, and Bambu Studio. Some models also include STEP files for modification.
Can I modify the models?
Yes! You can scale, rotate, and slice the models as needed. For structural modifications, models with STEP files can be edited in CAD software like Fusion 360.
What printer do I need?
Most models are designed for standard FDM printers with a minimum build volume of 180x180x180mm. Specific requirements are listed on each product page.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once files are downloaded. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues with the files.
Can I sell prints of your models?
Our standard license is for personal use only. If you want to sell printed items, please contact us about our commercial license options.
